Matthew Bowman (b. 2002) is a percussionist and educator based in Mid-Michigan. He is passionate about making percussion more accessible, bringing new literature to life, and educating the next generation of well-rounded musicians.

Matthew has performed in concerts and conferences in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He will be performing in the upcoming PASIC 2026 new literature showcase as a member of Central Michigan University's percussion ensemble.

As an educator, he has worked with the Northern Lights Drum & Bugle Corps, Lebanon Valley College, West Shore School District, and Hershey High School.

Matthew earned his B.A. from Lebanon Valley College, where he studied with Matthew Keown and Sam Carullo. He is currently pursuing his M.M. at Central Michigan University, where he studies with Marco Schirripa.
